I am unable to log in, what should I do now?

It can be stressful if you are unable to log in to Tribe CRM. In this article, we explain some possible causes and solutions.

To log in, navigate to app.tribecrm.co.uk

1. You are unable to log in

There could be several reasons why you are unable log in:

You have forgotten your password:

Navigate to app.tribecrm.co.uk and then click on “Forgot password?”.
You will immediately receive an e-mail containing a link. Click the link to set your new password and log in. If you do not receive an email, check if your email address is correct. The forgotten password e-mail will only be sent if Tribe recognises your e-mail address, based on a registered user account.

You did not accept your confirmation e-mail:

After your initial registration with username and password, you received a confirmation link at your personal e-mail address. If you didn’t click on the link at that time, you did not finalize the registration. You can request a new confirmation e-mail by sending the confirmation link again. We explain how to do this in the following paragraph?

2. I forgot to accept the confirmation link. What should I do now?

Go to app.tribecrm.co.uk and log in with your email address and a (wrong) password. A red notification will appeare with a link to resend the confirmation email. Click on this link and go to your email account to open the confirmation email and click on the link in the email. You have now activated your account and can log in again.

3. Are you still unable to log in?

Are you on the right page?

Perhaps you clicked the register button and Tribe CRM recognises your e-mail address because you already have access to an existing Tribe environment. This is because Tribe CRM does not accept the same email address twice when registering a new account. So go back and click log in and enter your email address and password here!

Which username did you enter?

Have you entered the correct username? Your username in Tribe CRM is always your email address. Go to app.tribecrm.co.uk and re-enter your email address and password.
